INVISTA SA is investment company listed on the Main Market of Warsaw Stock Exchange since 5^th September 2013. It was 23th company which moved from Alternative Trading System NewConnect on main market of WSE.

The Company has portfolio of investments which is consisted of shares, receivables and real estates. Moreover we invest in other business entities. We specialize in area of claims connected with Bierut’s decree of 26 October 1945.

We conduct operation which is similar to activity of investment fund – to be precise to the form of private equity fund and opportunity fund. Our strategy assumes diversification our portfolio of investments.

With a flexibility we fit our investments plans to the most attractive projects which are available on the market, according as economic situation on financial market and in economy.
